1230 Vitiligo-like-depigmentation in patients with melanoma under immunotherapy: A monocentric prospective observational study

A frequent immune-related adverse event of checkpoint-inhibitor (CPI) treatment, which manifests as depigmented spots on the skin is known Vitiligo-like depigmentation (VLD). The aim this study was to further characterize clinical, biological and prognostic features melanoma patients with VLD under CPI-treatment explore whether they exhibit a characteristic immune response profile in peripheral blood. Melanoma developing CPI were prospectively included. We collected analyzed clinical parameters serum samples from 28 patients. Clinical assessments showed that lesions had predominantly symmetrical distribution pattern, mostly smaller “freckle-like” macules preferential UV-exposed areas.
